So, I took my good friend Mark Law out to chase smallies and bonefish. We hit a local lake and hooked into one little smallie.
We moved on to a local pond that I know of to chase bonefish after about an hour. The fish were rolling in the center of the pond and feeding in the shallows as well. Looked like we might be in for a good time if we could just figure out what they liked. I didn't catch much but Mark hooked into a really nice fish that gave his eight weight a run!
Not many fish were had today but at least Mark got into one good one before we became tired and decided to call it a day.
