Fished the Caney yesterday. Not much of a hatch, but fish were active. Must have been a lot of action in the water film. I will have to remember to rig close to the surface next time I see that. I saw a caddis hatch. A dark brown caddis, around size 18-20. I'll be tying a few of those next time. I did manage a bow and a brown in about two and half hours. I think I ruined my digital camera though. I guess I'll be using my cell phone for a while, until I can afford a waterproof digital.
